Returns and Refund Policy

Unfortunately due to the nature of the product being a personally designed item, we do not accept returns.

However, we do offer a refund policy if for any reason your item is damaged when delivered. We will then consider one of the following within 14 days of your design being issued. You will not be eligible for a refund or replacement if you make a claim outside this 14 day time period :

  1. Issue a new copy of your design including postage and packaging free of charge (first re-issue only). If for any reason the item arrives damaged a second time, a further copy may be issued but with postage and packaging paid by the customer.
  2. A credit to the full value of the design
  3. A full cash refund
